On July 16th, Guo Lianhui Baozun E-commerce -W (09991.HK) announced that the company has recently learned that JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., the depositary institution of its American Depositary Shares ("ADS"), will change its custodian from the United States to Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited starting on August 12th, 2024. Therefore, from July 29th, 2024 to August 12th, 2024, the company will be unable to facilitate the conversion of its ADS into ordinary shares registered with the Company's Cayman Islands share transfer office, and from August 5th, 2024 to August 12th, 2024, the company will be unable to facilitate the conversion of its ADS into ordinary shares registered with Hong Kong Securities Registration and Clearing Co., Ltd, the share registrar and transfer agent of the Company in Hong Kong.
In addition to the above-mentioned impact, changing the custodian will not affect the trading of the company's securities on the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange during the transition period.
