On July 16th, Gelonhui announced that Rizhao Port JR (06117.HK) and Rizhao Port Group have signed a construction agency contract. According to the contract, the company agreed to commission Rizhao Port Group to provide construction management services for the Rizhao Port Grain Base Project.
Rizhao Port Group is a limited liability company registered and established in China, mainly engaged in port operation, logistics, construction, finance, and trade. As of the date of this announcement, Rizhao Port Group is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Port Group (a state-owned enterprise ultimately controlled by Shandong State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission).
The Rizhao Port Grain Base Project has a long construction period, many approval procedures, and high professionalism. Signing a construction agency contract and entrusting Rizhao Port Group to implement full-process construction management can strengthen the procedure processing of project period, quality, progress, safety, environmental protection, contract management, and completion acceptance, coordinate the construction progress of all parties, ensure the legality and compliance of the project procedures, ensure smooth construction progress and timely completion of the project.
