On July 16, Gelonhui announced that China National Chemical Corporation Group (referred to as "ChemChina"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, had signed an agreement on increasing the capital of China National Chemical Corporation Limited (referred to as "ChemChina") on July 12, 2024. ChemChina used its 311,220,951 shares of unlimited tradable shares of the company as a capital increase to ChemChina, and after the change, ChemChina holds 311,220,951 shares of unlimited tradable shares of the company, accounting for 5.73% of the company's total share capital as of July 12, 2024. The transaction price of the target shares is the valuation value of the target shares determined by the Evaluation Report, which is RMB 4.492 billion.
