China Res Land (01109) announced that as of the end of June 2024, the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) achieved a total contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 32 billion, with a total contracted sales area of approximately 1.23 million square meters, representing an annual increase of 19.0% and a decrease of 8.1% respectively. The cumulative contracted sales amount for the first half of 2024 was approximately RMB 124.7 billion, with a total contracted sales area of approximately 5.211 million square meters, representing a decrease of 26.7% and 25.7% annually.
In June 2024, the Group's operating income was approximately RMB 4.16 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.2%. Among them, the rental income from operating real estate business was approximately RMB 2.39 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%. The cumulative operating income for the first half of 2024 was approximately RMB 22.78 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%. Among them, the rental income from operating real estate business was approximately RMB 14.15 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.5%.
