The Nikkei Average depreciated by 173 yen (as of 13:50). In terms of the Nikkei average contribution, East Elec <8035>, Advantest <6857>, SoftBank G <9984>, etc. are top negative contributors, while Shin-Etsu <4063>, KDDI <9433>, Terumo <4543>, etc. are top positive contributors. In the sector, electrical equipment, other products, mining, banking, and insurance are at the top of the price drop rate, while textile products, real estate, precision equipment, construction, and pulp/paper are at the top of the price increase rate.

The Nikkei Average is in the negative zone and is moving softly. Bloomberg has reported that the United States is considering even stricter rules in semiconductor regulations against China, and semiconductor-related stocks have gone into the back seat and have depreciated one step.
