On July 17th, Ge Long Hui reported that Baota Industry (000595.SZ) announced that its board of directors received the written resignation reports from Mr. Li Changsheng, the non-independent director and chairman of the board, and Mr. Li Xiuyong, the non-independent director, on July 17, 2024. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Li Changsheng applied to resign from the 10th board of directors, chairman of the board, and convener of the Strategic Committee and Nomination Committee of the company. Mr. Li Xiuyong also applied to resign as a director of the 10th board of directors. After their resignation, Mr. Li Changsheng and Mr. Li Xiuyong will no longer hold any positions in the company.
