Management requested the creditors' meeting of Changzhou Ship Cable to vote on the "Plan for Mutual Benefit Debt (II)". So far, the creditors' meeting of Changzhou Ship Cable has legally voted in favor of the "Mutual Benefit Debt Plan (II)", agreeing that Changzhou Ship Cable and Xiamen Jianfa New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Jianfa New Energy") will cooperate in the procurement of copper and other raw materials through mutual benefit debt. The cooperation amount will be rolled out within the range of no more than 50 million yuan, depending on the agreement between Jianfa New Energy and Changzhou Ship Cable. This mutual benefit debt plan has been approved in writing by the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court.
