On July 17, Gelunhui reported that Jinzai Food Group (003000.SZ) received a letter from Mr. Zhou Jinsong, the company's actual controller, chairman, and shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, titled "Proposal for Implementing Mid-term Dividend in 2024", based on Mr. Zhou Jinsong's confidence in the long-term development of the company and to maintain the interests of all investors, enhance investors' recognition of the company's value, and suggest to the company: Under the profit distribution principles stipulated in the "Company Articles of Association", and on the premise of ensuring the company's normal operation and long-term development, formulate and implement the mid-term dividend plan for 2024. The specific distribution plan is as follows: Using the total share capital on the registration day for future distribution plans deducted the number of shares held in the repurchase account as the base, distribute a cash dividend of 1 yuan (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders, without bonus shares and without increasing capital reserves. If the profit distribution plan is disclosed until the implementation period, and the company's share capital changes due to convertible bond conversion, share repurchases, stock-based incentive exercises, and additional share issuances through refinancing, the total distribution amount will be adjusted according to the existing distribution ratio. The specific profit distribution plan will be determined by the company in combination with its own operating conditions and reported to the board of directors and shareholders' meeting for review. Mr. Zhou Jinsong promised to cast a "yes" vote at the formal review of the distribution plan at the board of directors and shareholders' meeting.
