China Health Group (00673.HK) announced that the offering and subscription matters have been completed on July 12, 2024 and July 17, 2024, respectively.
On July 12, 2024, a total of 12.65 million shares of offering shares (accounting for approximately 2.57% of the company's total issued share capital after the completion of the issuance and distribution of subscription shares following the completion of the offering and subscription matters) were successfully allocated to no less than six (6) placing agents by the offering agent at the offering price of HK$0.80 per share.
In addition, all conditions of the subscription matters have been met and the subscription matters have been completed on July 17, 2024. A total of 12.65 million subscription shares were subscribed to by the seller at the subscription price of HK$0.80 per share (equivalent to the offering price).
