ILB Group Acquires Solar Businesses For RM98 Million
ILB Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into two share sale agreement to purchase stake in Armani Sinar and Armani Energy for combined total of RM98 million.
ILb集團宣佈，其全資子公司已簽訂兩份股份出售協議，以總價9800萬馬來西亞令吉購買阿瑪尼辛納和阿瑪尼能源的股份。
The details of the agreement involves the proposed acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Armani Sinar Sdn Bhd representing 100% equity interest for RM30 million and with Armani Energy Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of the solar photovoltaic energy generatin system of AESB for RM68 million.
協議的細節包括擬議中以3千萬令吉收購阿瑪尼西那爾私人有限公司的1,000,000股普通股，代表100%的股權利益，並與阿瑪尼能源私人有限公司就AESb光伏發電系統的擬議收購達成協議，價格爲6千8百萬令吉。
The group said the acquisition in order to grow effectively in the rapid evolving and competitive renewable energy industry, it aims to strengthen synergies, and scale up its solar businesses in order to generate higher sustainable earnings for the goup and its subsidiaries.
該集團表示，此次收購旨在在快速發展和競爭激烈的可再生能源行業中有效增長，旨在加強協同效應，擴大其太陽能業務以實現更高的可持續收益，爲該集團及其子公司創造更好的業績。
