On July 12, 2024, a total of 12.65 million shares of the offering shares were successfully allocated to no fewer than six underwriters at a subscription price of HKD 0.80 per share by the allocation agent.
In addition, all the conditions of the subscription matter have been fulfilled, and the subscription matter was completed on July 17, 2024. A total of 12.65 million subscription shares were subscribed by the seller at a subscription price of HKD 0.80 per share (equivalent to the subscription price), and the net proceeds from the subscription matter were approximately HKD 9.796 million, which will be used for general operating capital.
