According to the Zhongtong Finance and Economics APP, CKI Holdings (01038) rose nearly 3% again, rising more than 15% this month. As of press time, it rose 2.12% to HKD 50.65, with a turnover of HKD 78.4975 million.

On the news side, CKI Holdings announced that the company considers and evaluates different strategic opportunities from time to time to create maximum value for shareholders. One of the potential opportunities currently being considered is a potential secondary and additional listing of the company's shares on overseas stock exchanges (such as the London Stock Exchange) without any fund raising. UBS said that CKI's potential dual listing arrangement could expand its investor base, help boost its valuation, and create another financing channel outside of Hong Kong.

In addition, Daiwa released a research report stating that the proposed regulated water asset decision issued by the UK Water Regulation Agency (Ofwat) on Northumbrian Water, a project under CKI Holdings, had a positive result. If NW appeals to Ofwat, it will further benefit. Ofwat has preliminarily formulated that NW can increase its allowable price to 460 British pounds before 2029-2030, and 415 British pounds before 2024-2025; it will receive a total subsidy of 5.7 billion British pounds during the period from 2025 to 2030, and increase the allowed return on investment from 3.54% during 2020-2024 to 3.72% during 2025-2030.
