We, along with Hokkaido Electric Power Network Co., Inc., Tohoku Electric Power Network Co., Inc., TEPCO Power Grid, Inc., Chubu Electric Power Grid Co., Inc., Hokuriku Electric Power Company, West Japan Railway Power Grid Co., Ltd., Chugoku Electric Power Network Co., Inc., Shikoku Electric Power Co., Inc., Okinawa Electric Power Company, and the Transmission and Distribution Network Conference, have jointly established the 'Transmission and Distribution Compliance Action Declaration'.

This declaration is a shared philosophy for companies engaged in transmission and distribution business to declare their behavioral principles regarding compliance in general.

Based on this declaration, we will ensure the neutrality and transparency of our transmission and distribution business, and each individual will always prioritize compliance with various laws and regulations.
