■Medium-term Management Plan

2. New Mid-Term Management Plan “Go Beyond 2026 Innovation”

Takiron CI <4215> received the results of the single-year management plan and formulated a new three-year medium-term management plan “Go Beyond 2026 Innovation,” which turned aggressive. The company has set a mission to “create a future that is kind to people and the earth” as its group corporate philosophy, and in addition, it has set a new action guideline of “challenging the unknown and giving shape to the future.” This serves as a guide for acting toward the realization of a mission, and it can be said that it is an expression of a sense of mission to take a step towards growth. Therefore, the action slogan “Go Beyond Innovation” was further launched, and a strong message was expressed to each and every employee that they wanted them to challenge “ideas up until yesterday, taken for granted by the company, and transformation that exceeds customer expectations.” Based on this corporate philosophy, two basic policies were set out in the new medium-term management plan: (1) earning a stable consolidated net profit of 6 billion yen or more, and (2) implementing structural reforms to earn 10 billion yen in the future. At the same time, in order to achieve the basic policy, five main measures were set out: optimization of group management, creation of new products and new businesses, thorough strengthening of on-site capabilities, expansion of overseas business, and acceleration of M&A. Although depreciation and amortization costs due to aggressive investment and office relocation costs will increase by turning aggressive, the plan is to steadily earn consolidated net profit of 6 billion yen or more over the medium term by improving the performance of deficit companies, improving the profitability of the entire group through structural reforms, expansion of overseas business, and full-scale environmentally friendly business.
