On July 18th, Gelunhui reported that CNlight Co., Ltd. (002076.SZ) and Guangzhou High-tech Zone Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "High-tech Zone Group") signed a strategic cooperation agreement on July 18, 2024. Based on long-term development considerations, the two parties formed a deep strategic partnership in the fields of indoor and outdoor lighting, smart homes and smart parking lots, special light source lighting and UV sterilization, information security and other areas to carry out strategic cooperation.
The cooperation includes the following: 1. The High-tech Zone Group will use its advantages in property resources, industry resources, regional coordination, and other abilities to, within the scope of policy permission and under equivalent market conditions, give priority to recommending the use of CNlight Co., Ltd.'s related products and services. 2. CNlight Co., Ltd. will bring into play its solid technical background, rich project experience, and good brand image in the fields of smart cities and smart parks, and actively participate in the High-tech Zone Group's projects to revitalize stock properties, enhance property efficiency ratios, and economic values. 3. CNlight Co., Ltd. plans to set up its Greater Bay Area sales center and information security industry center in Huangpu, and under the same conditions, give priority to settling in High-tech Zone Group's property rights assets, actively participate in the High-tech Zone Group's all-round investment promotion and property disposal, and achieve mutual cooperation and success.
