During the Investor Open Day event, Nortech Technology (002102.SZ) announced that Yimante Health Industries (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Nortech and DSM, has completed its smart upgrade and renovation. The Vitamin E production line has achieved full production, met the standard, and is expected to run steadily and profitably in 2022. Despite facing fierce market competition since 2023, it has still been able to maintain a good level of profitability until today. However, in the first half of 2024, Nortech and its joint venture Yimante were affected by fierce market competition, resulting in decreased product profits compared to the same period last year. Nevertheless, relying on its cost advantage, the company has still maintained its market share and achieved a slight increase in revenue as compared to the previous year. Vitamin E's market prices have rebounded, but the industry prices have a lag time of about two months on the company's impact. If the warm trend can be maintained, it will have a positive impact on the company's performance in the second half of 2024.
