On July 18th, Gelunhui reported that Sichuan Road & Bridge Group (stock code 600039.SH) announced that its subsidiary Sichuan Highway & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Provincial Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Chuangjiao Road & Bridge Co., Ltd. plan to give up control and participate in the bundling of investors for the Langmusi (Chuanganchang) - Chuanzhusi section of G0611, the Chuanzhusi-Wenchuan section of G0611, and the Chuanzhusi-Hongyuan Expressway project through joint investment with Chengdu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Chengdu Construction) and the company's affiliates Sichuan Tibet Highway Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zanggao Company) and Sichuan Intelligent Expressway Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Intelligent Expressway). The total investment of this project is 99.4089 billion yuan, and the proportion of self-raised capital is 20.2%, which is 20.0806 billion yuan. The company's total shareholding ratio is 1%, of which the Road & Bridge Group, Construction Group, and Chuangjiao Company hold 0.4%, 0.4%, and 0.2% respectively, requiring a total investment of 0.2008 billion yuan for the project capital.

This project requires a large investment and has a high demand for capital. If the company invests independently, the capital requirement is 20.0806 billion yuan (20.2% of the total investment); if the company's subsidiary construction companies hold a controlling stake (50%), the capital requirement will be at least about 10.04 billion yuan. Looking at the capital investment situation required in the next three years, if the company controls or fully invests in this project, it will face some financial pressure.
