As a result of the implementation of government electricity and gas fee support (hereinafter referred to as "this support"), we applied today for customers who have signed contracts under the special retail supply contract clause (Note 1) with the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry to implement this support.
(Note 1) Supply conditions for electricity rate menus established prior to the full liberalization of the retail of electricity such as ‘Ryuryo Denko’ and low-voltage electricity.
For customers who have signed contracts under the special retail supply contract, we will deduct 4.0 yen (including tax) per kilowatt hour from the fuel cost adjustment unit price applicable from September to October 2024 (from August usage to September usage) and 2.5 yen (including tax) per kilowatt hour from the fuel cost adjustment unit price applicable from November 2024 (for October usage).
No procedures are required to implement this support. We plan to provide information on this support on the back of the meter reading slips and bills, as well as on the KATEne-BIZene section of the Futubull members' website.
We will promptly announce the implementation of this support for customers who have signed contracts under the low-voltage basic contract provisions (Note 2), as well as for customers who have contracted for city gas and their city gas charges, as soon as decisions are made.
Supply conditions for electricity rate menus such as ‘Point Plan’, ‘Otoku Plan’, ‘Tokutoku Plan’, ‘Smart Life Plan’, and some electricity rate menus such as E-Life Plan (time-zone electricity metering), which have newly discontinued acceptance, established after the full liberalization of retail of electricity.
