Robby Stadinger is a lifelong resident of Adamsville, Tennessee and the owner of Better Source Supply. The distribution business provides companies with a wide variety of products, including packaging, industrial, janitorial and food service supplies. As with most businesses, his technology and connectivity needs have expanded over the years as his online orders have grown.

Prior to connecting to Spectrum services, Robby relied on a provider he described as being "just adequate." He had tried to upgrade internet service multiple times in more than 10 years without any luck. Then, what had once seemed impossible to him suddenly changed when Spectrum began expanding to the area in late 2023 as part of its subsidized Rural Construction Initiative.

"In March, we were connected to Spectrum Internet. It's probably 10 times the speed we had before, and there's no doubt that the faster internet makes things more efficient, and our customers are more satisfied – and that's what we're all about."

Since getting Spectrum services Robby has seen a marked improvement in his team's ability to respond to customers, receive online orders, and manage the accounting system. Having a fast and reliable connection has given him better peace of mind as a small business owner.

"Months back, Robby came to me desperately hoping I could pull off something magical, and through our rural expansion in the area, we've been able to do just that," said Matt McKittrick, Spectrum Account Executive in Jackson, Tennessee. "Business owners in Adamsville who before were constantly worried about meeting their customers' needs are now thankful knowing they have access to our high-speed broadband network."

Better Source Supply is one of the nearly 3,000 homes and small businesses in McNairy County, Tenn. that received access to Spectrum services in February 2024.

Charter's multi-year subsidized Rural Construction Initiative is an investment of approximately $9 billion – a portion of which will be offset with over $2 billion in government support funding – to ultimately connect approximately 1.75 million new homes and small businesses across the country. With 295,000 new locations activated in 2023 and an additional approximately 450,000 new locations expected to be activated in 2024, Charter is already making great progress on this expansion.
