On the news front, Mog DigiTech announced the issuance of up to 1.55 billion shares, accounting for approximately 16.67% of the expanded share capital, at a subscription price of HKD 0.88 per share, a discount of approximately 19.27% from the closing price on July 18 of HKD 1.09 per share. The net proceeds are approximately HKD 0.135 billion, of which 63% will be used to expand insurance technology business, 10% for the development and operation of intelligent datacenters, 10% for potential merger, acquisition and strategic investment, and the balance as general working capital.
