Qiming Information Technology (002232.SZ) stated on the investor interaction platform on July 19th that the controlling shareholder China FAW intends to entrust all other shareholder rights of Qiming Information Technology shares, except for equity income rights (including profit distribution rights, residual property distribution rights, income from share transfers, and other property rights), and equity disposal rights (including rights to transfer, gift, pledge, and transfer) to FAW A-share management, in order to further implement the China FAW global strategy and achieve full resource sharing and collaborative efficiency.
