On July 19th, Gelonhui reported that zhubo design(300564.SZ) intends to terminate and reevaluate the sale of the company's property due to changes in objective conditions. On July 19th, 2024, the company held the 6th meeting of the 5th board of directors and passed the Proposal on Terminating and Reevaluating the Sale of the Company's Property. The company plans to sign a House Sale Confirmation Termination Agreement with the original buyer in the near future. After careful consideration, and in order to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational pressure, the company plans to sign a House Sale Confirmation with 5 individuals including Miao Shihua and Niu Shijie for the sale of the property located at No. 11 Yujinggang Road, Jing'an District (formerly Zhabei District), Shanghai (with a construction area of 2286.65 square meters). According to the regulations of the Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, this proposal still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting of the company for approval.
