Gelonghui, July 19 | Kuaishou-W (01024.HK) announced that on July 19, 2024, the company granted a total of 7.7 million restricted share units to certain eligible participants under the 2023 share incentive plan. The closing price of the company's shares on the date of grant was HK$45.2 per share.
The granting of restricted share units is to align the interests of the grantor with those of the Group through share ownership, dividends and other distributions of shares and/or share appreciation, and to encourage and retain the grantee to contribute to the long-term development and profit of the Group.
