Decision made to add seven DHC-8-400 aircrafts.
ANA Holdings Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Hiroshi Shibata, hereinafter "ANAHD") has decided to add 7 new DHC-8-400 aircraft.
The purchased equipment is a manufacturer-certified used aircraft that is delivered to our company after maintenance and refurbishment under the responsibility of De Havilland Canada. It is characterized by a manufacturer's warranty for a certain period of time, similar to a new aircraft. These aircraft are accident-free and can be used for more than 10 years after their introduction. In addition, they will be delivered after being modified to the same specifications as ANA's existing aircraft, enabling reliable safety management with the existing maintenance system even after their introduction.
The DHC-8-400 aircraft, which combines excellent fuel efficiency and low environmental impact, has supported ANA Group's domestic flight operations for many years since its first flight on November 1, 2003. Anticipating the future equipment renewal of the existing aircraft, we aim to build a long-term operation system and improve the convenience of customers throughout the ANA Group by introducing them sequentially after 2025.
