On July 22, Gelunhui reported that in order to maintain the value of Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. and the rights and interests of all shareholders, and based on the confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of the company's value, Dongguan Kingsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. intends to use its own funds to repurchase its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) by means of centralized bidding trading, with the total amount of repurchased funds not less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 50 million (inclusive). The implementation period of this share repurchase is not more than 3 months from the date when the board of directors approves this share repurchase plan. The repurchased shares will be sold at an opportune time in accordance with relevant rules 12 months after the disclosure of the repurchase results and shareholding changes announcement.
