According to the news on the Zhitong Financial APP, on July 22, 2024, Hubei Fuxing Science and Technology (000926.SZ) announced that it signed a "Equity Acquisition Framework Agreement" with Hubei Chenrui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. ("Hubei Chenrui"). The company plans to use its own funds to acquire 100% equity of Huizhimei Life Service Group Co., Ltd. ("Huizhimei Group") held by Hubei Chenrui. This acquisition will further enhance the business synergy between the company's real estate main business and property services.
It is reported that Huizhimei Group mainly includes three business sectors, namely basic property services, owner value-added services, and other value-added services. After 23 years of development, Huizhimei Group has formed a full-chain service system covering residential property, commercial and office buildings property, asset operation, urban and municipal services, elevator engineering, building intelligence, community life services and other services, creating a business layout based in Wuhan and radiating the whole country.
