AIAI Group <6557> announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding regarding business cooperation with Storm Harbor Securities on the 19th.

The company will further strengthen its service offerings to meet diverse children's growth needs, and strive to maximize the synergy effects between businesses within the group. In order to further strengthen the business synergies and enhance profitability, the company will continue to invest in self-owned stores and human capital within existing businesses, and will proactively invest in new business, AIAI VISIT. Additionally, the company intends to actively consider M&A or strategic partnerships with other companies within the AIAI Three Education Circles for the expansion of its business scope.

Furthermore, the company plans to actively consider mergers and acquisitions or strategic partnerships with other companies that contribute to the expansion of the AIAI Three Education Circles. Target materials include overseas institutional investors, funds, and cooperation partners, etc. Based on the cooperation with Storm Harbor Securities this time, the company plans to further strengthen its M&A strategy within the group and explore new M&A schemes, as well as actively consider M&A cases that may not be feasible for the company alone, by utilizing the company's professional knowledge and expertise, extensive market experience, and global network. Furthermore, given the high business synergy between the parties, in addition to introducing domestic or overseas institutional investors, funds, and cooperation partners, the parties are also expected to provide advice on the company's financial strategy and capital policy as a whole.

With the goal of leveraging the abundant market experience-based professional knowledge, expertise, global network, etc. of Storm Harbor Securities, the company aims to further enhance its M&A strategy within the group, consider new M&A schemes, and actively explore M&A cases that may not be feasible for the company alone in the future. Additionally, introducing institutions, funds, and cooperation partners, etc. from overseas or domestic, or providing advice on the company's financial strategy and capital policy as a whole is also expected due to high business synergy, as evidenced by the company's past performance. Therefore, this memorandum of understanding regarding business cooperation was signed.
