Advancecon Enters Into Mining Service Agreement With Imerys
Advancecon announced that Spring Energy Sdn. Bhd. an indirect 51% owned subsidiary had entered into a Mining Services Agreement with Imerys Minerals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. where SESB is appointed as contractor on a non-exclusive basis to carry out the mining works at Gunung Terundum in the Simpang Pulai/Keramat Pulai area.
Advancecon宣佈，其間接持有51％股權的子公司Spring Energy Sdn. Bhd.與Imerys Minerals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.簽訂了一份礦業服務協議，其中SESb被任命爲承包商，以非獨家方式在Simpang Pulai/Keramat Pulai區的Gunung Terundum從事採礦工程。
IMMSB is the registered and beneficial owner of the quarry, under the agreement SESB is to carry out the mining related works which includes supplying plant, labour, and equipment, operating and maintaining the Quarry / stockpile management, transporting and managing the wastes and any related mining works and services in consideration of the Remuneration
根據協議，IMMSb是採石場的註冊和受益所有人，SESb應在薪酬的考慮下完成採礦相關工作，包括供應廠址、勞動力和設備，操作和維護採石場 / 堆放管理，運輸和管理廢物以及與採礦有關的任何工作和服務。
Advancecon said the provision of the contracted services is expected to contribute positively to the revenue as well as recurring income stream for Advancecon in the mid to long-term, which aligns with its business strategy to accelerate future growth for Advancecon.
