华营建筑(01582.HK)：华营(英国)签立两份建筑合同 合约金额约2.1亿英磅

CR Construction (01582.HK): CR Construction (United Kingdom) signed two construction contracts with a total contract amount of approximately 0.21 billion pounds.

On July 23, Glonhui announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction (United Kingdom) Limited ("CR UK"), has signed two construction contracts involving (i) the main contract for a residential construction project in Manchester, UK, with a contract amount of approximately 70 million pounds. Accordingly, CR UK will serve as the main contractor to provide building design and construction services; and (ii) the main contract for another residential construction project in Manchester, UK, with a contract amount of approximately 0.14 billion pounds. Accordingly, CR UK will serve as the main contractor to provide building design and construction services. It is expected that both projects will commence in late 2024.
