On July 23, Gelunhui reported that Beijing Originwater Technology (stock code: 300070.SZ) announced that it had recently received the Notice of Share Reduction from Ms. Wang Xueqin and Mr. Chen Yili, shareholders of the company, and the Notice of Fulfillment of Information Disclosure Obligations from its controlling shareholder, China Urban and Rural Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Urban and Rural"). Due to the situation where Ms. Wang Xueqin and Mr. Chen Yili have entrusted partial voting rights to the controlling shareholder China Urban and Rural, Ms. Wang Xueqin reduced her shareholding by a total of 28,253,300 shares, including 14,876,069 shares related to entrusted voting rights; Mr. Chen Yili reduced his shareholding by a total of 22,406,267 shares, including 21,400,330 shares related to entrusted voting rights. The total share reduction of the two individuals led to a passive reduction of China Urban and Rural's voting shares by 36,276,399 shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company.
