Meiho Enterprise ＜8927＞ announced on the 23rd that it will establish “Tokyo Meiho Development Co., Ltd.,” which is the first overseas local subsidiary, in Taiwan in November as an overseas sales base for the purpose of further strengthening sales business in Taiwan, and is scheduled to begin operations in 2025/2.
Until now, the company has been expanding and strengthening sales channels mainly in the Asian region, starting with Taiwan, by hiring global human resources who can handle multiple languages. Meiho Properties, a subsidiary of the company, has also started a rental management service for owners living in Taiwan, and is supplying a one-stop service for the company group's integrated system so that owners living in Taiwan can safely invest in real estate management and asset management within Japan.
After establishing Tokyo Meiho Development Co., Ltd., the company will promote joint development projects with Taiwanese developers in Japan and active sales activities with a view to recruiting local global human resources in Taiwan.
