Yuean New Materials (688786.SH) stated on the investor interaction platform on July 24th that the company has a long-term, in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with the Ganzhou Innovation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on the development of high-frequency soft magnetic materials for third-generation semiconductors. Compared with first and second-generation semiconductor materials, the third-generation semiconductor materials have significantly improved bandgap width, breakdown electric field, thermal conductivity, electron saturation rate, and radiation resistance, making them more suitable for manufacturing high-temperature, high-frequency, high-power, and radiation-resistant devices. At present, the company's related soft magnetic powder products have been used in the production of integrated inductor, providing power supply and filtering functions for CPU/GPU in electronic circuits, and the end application scenarios include laptop computers, servers, autos, and other high-frequency working environments.
