On July 24, Glonhui reported that the prerequisite conditions of the ivd medical (01931.HK) placement agreement had been met, and the placement was completed on July 24, 2024. A total of 0.271 billion shares were sold (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the enlarged share capital of the company after the completion of the placement) were sold to no fewer than six underwriters at a placement price of HKD 0.7 per share.
The total amount and net amount of funds obtained from the placement are approximately HKD 189.6 million and HKD 189.1 million, respectively.
