Gelonghui, July 24 | Huace Film and Television (300133.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire an 82.8572% share of Ningbo Yuanao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Ningbo Yuanao”) with 44.54835 million yuan of its own capital, and acquire Ningbo Yuanhao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Ningbo Yuanhao”) with its own capital of 32.04388 million yuan to acquire 87.6466% share; agreed with the wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Film and Television Industry Experimental Zone Xixi Investment Management International Cooperation Co., Ltd. (abbreviation) “Xixi Investment”) used its own capital of 7.2765 million yuan to acquire a 17.1429% share of Ningbo Yuanao and a 12.3534% share of Ningbo Yuanao with its own capital of 3.565694 million yuan. Ningbo Yuanao and Ningbo Yuanhao are the only investors in Shanghai Huajiehui Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Huajiuhui”), a holding subsidiary of the company, and currently hold 10.2052% and 6.9396% of the shares in Shanghai Huajiehui, respectively. After the transaction is completed, Ningbo Yuanao and Ningbo Yuanhao will become wholly-owned enterprises of the company. The company's shares in Shanghai Huajiehui will increase from 82.8552% to 100.0000%.
