On July 24th, Gelunhui reported that Mr. Huang Zilin resigned as the company's secretary and authorized representative at China Financial International (00721.HK).
Following Mr. Huang's resignation, Mr. Xu Zhengri has been appointed as the company's secretary and authorized representative in accordance with regulation 3.05 of the listing rules, effective from July 24th, 2024.
