On July 24, Gelonix announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CL Energy Storage Corporation (referred to as "Kelu USA") has signed a Battery Energy Storage System Supply Agreement with a certain customer in the United States (referred to as "the customer") in the near future, and Kelu USA will sell a total of approximately 600MWh of containerized battery storage systems to the customer. As the transaction involves confidential commercial secrets, according to the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed between Kelu USA and the customer, the customer’s name, contract amount and other information must be kept confidential.
