Australian gold exploration company Nova Minerals will debut on Nasdaq on Wednesday. The company will issue 0.475 million units at a price of $6.92 per unit to raise $3 million.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Australian gold exploration company Nova Minerals (NVA.US) will debut on Nasdaq on Wednesday. The company will issue 0.475 million units at a price of $6.92 per unit to raise $3 million. The company stated that each unit includes one American Depositary Receipt (ADR) and one warrant. The company stated that the proceeds will be used for resource and exploration plans, field research and general operation funds. It is worth mentioning that the issue price of $6.92 is lower than the previously announced price range of $7-9.

Nova Minerals reportedly owns the majority of the Estelle Gold Project, which includes over 125,000 acres of land along the Tintina Gold Belt in northwest Anchorage, Alaska. The project contains multiple mining complexes spanning over 20 identified gold prospecting areas, including two established million-ounce resources distributed across four mineral deposits, for a total gold reserve of 5.17 million ounces. Recently, the company also discovered antimony and other key minerals consistent with gold in surface sampling across multiple prospecting areas of the project.
