According to the announcement released by Haohai Biotech (06826), as of the date of this announcement, Mr. Lou Guoliang collectively holds 8.6117 million shares in Shanghai Haohai Biotech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), accounting for 3.66% of the company's total share capital of 0.235 billion shares. The above shares are from the shares acquired before the initial public offering of the company and the shares obtained through the capital reserve fund conversion into share capital.
