On July 25, Gelun Hui announced that, due to the prolonged suspension of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shaanxi Lian Shi Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lian Shi Mining"), which has low relevance to the company's aviation high-end manufacturing main business, in order to optimize its financial condition and improve its overall operation, the company plans to divest the low-efficiency and ineffective assets with low industrial relevance, optimize its resource allocation, and improve its efficiency in capital and resource utilization. On July 25, 2024, the 11th board of directors of the company held its eighth meeting and passed the Proposal on "Proposed Public Listing and Transfer of 100% Equity and Related Debt of Shaanxi Lian Shi Mining Co., Ltd. and Information Pre-Disclosure" to agree that the company plans to approve the project of publicly listing and transferring 100% equity and related debt of Lian Shi Mining through the Southwest United Property Rights Trading Platform (as of June 30, 2024, the debt amount is about 56.25 million yuan), and the specific amount shall be subject to the formal transfer scheme. If the transaction is successfully completed, the company will no longer hold any equity of Lian Shi Mining.
