(referred to as "Wuyou Wine Industry" below) to establish Guizhou Huangtai Wuyou Distillery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guizhou Huangtai Wuyou Company", subject to the final approval of the market supervision and management department). The registered capital is 30 million yuan, of which the company subscribes for 16.5 million yuan, accounting for 55% of the shares, and Wuyou Wine Industry subscribes for 13.5 million yuan, accounting for 45% of the shares. The main business includes baijiu production and sales, liquor import and export trade, green industry development, and liquor raw material purchase and sales.
