The company plans to invest 400 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 40% of the investment proportion.
The fund prioritizes investment in agricultural water conservancy projects that have a basis, characteristic, potential, demand, and effectiveness, including high-standard farmland construction, modernization of irrigation districts, smart water affairs, digital twins, ecological protection, and land comprehensive improvement.
