Sime Darby Property Berhad secured Gold for the 'Best Smart & Sustainable Township' category at the PC.com 2024
Best Product of the Year Award held at a prestigous 5-star hotel.
Organised annually by PC.com magazine, the award recognises leading businesses and brands that have played a significant role in supporting the communities despite challenges posed by tough operating environment as well as the mass transition towards digitalisation.
Chosen by the people, Sime Darby Property received the highest number of votes from a pool of 60,000 voters.
"We are honoured to receive this accolade, standing out among our peers in the industry. This achievement is a testament to our efforts in creating a sustainable and smart township," said Sime Darby Property Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei.

With more than 50 years of experience building sustainable communities under its belt, this acknowledgment highlights Sime Darby Property's triple bottom approach in building sustainable futures.
