On July 25th, Gelon announced that the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board respectively received the resignation reports of Mr. Jin Yueyue, non-independent director and general manager of the company, Mr. Zhu Yipeng, non-independent director, and Mr. Huang Huping, independent director, and Mr. Hong Shucheng, chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Board of Directors approved Mr. Tang Shuzhe and Ms. Pan Qian as candidates for non-independent directors of the fifth Board of Directors, and Mr. Liu Wei as candidate for independent director of the fifth Board of Directors. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Tang Shuzhe as the General Manager of the Company, with a term from the date of the approval of this Board until the expiration of the term of the fifth Board of Directors. On the same day, the company held the sixth meeting of the fifth Supervisory Board, which approved the motion on the election of the supervisors, and agreed to appoint Mr. Zhang Quan as a candidate for supervisor of the fifth Supervisory Board.
