Chinney Alli (00385) and Chinney KW (01556) jointly announced that on July 25, 2024 (after the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), Chinney KW (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Chinney Alli) signed a loan agreement with Chinney Inv. Under the loan agreement, Chinney KW (as the lender) agrees to provide a loan to Chinney Inv (as the borrower) at an annual interest rate of 6.0%, with a maximum amount of HKD 0.25 billion.
