Global Style <7126> plans and sells made-to-order suits and shirts for men and women.

We are actively expanding into designated cities and major metropolitan areas nationwide, with 39 stores currently located throughout Japan. Our primary format is "GINZA Global Style", a private fitting room (single room) design, and we also actively promote the "GINZA Global Style COMFORT"format which combines the inclusion of a waiting café within our stores. We have launched a "GINZA Global Style Ladies" brand for women's made-to-order suits. As of June 2024, our online order service "GS Online Order Service" had been steadily increasing with 0.391 million GS App Club members, and 0.158 million GS Club members.

In the third quarter of fiscal year ending July 2024, sales accumulated to 837.5 million yen, a 6.8% increase from the same period last year. Operating profit was 43.6 million yen, a 21.2% decrease from the same period last year. Although there was a rise in sales due to our new store openings, the increase in cost of goods sold due to the weaker yen, and the increase in expenses such as labor costs and rent from our new store openings led to an overall decrease in operating profit. Sales for the fiscal year ending July 2024 are expected to increase by 17.1% compared to the previous year, reaching 12.183 billion yen. Operating profit is also expected to increase by 12.8%, with a projected profit of 744 million yen.

Our company offers order-made suits with high sensitivity, high quality, and a sense of value with prices ranging from 24,000 yen to less than 100,000 yen per suit before tax. The majority of our customers are in their twenties and thirties, accounting for about 55% of our customer base, while the adult generation aged 40 and above accounts for about 45%. We offer a wide selection of fabrics to choose from with approximately 5,000 varieties to choose from. In addition, we have a wide selection of designs, compared to other companies in the industry, with several dozen patterns to choose from. There is no competition from other listed companies who offer full-order suits costing hundreds of thousands of yen per suit such as "Ginza Eikokuya" or "Ichiban-kan Clothing Store", as our target audience is different.

In the future, there is still room for expansion, including suburban stores in addition to metropolitan areas. With the expected expansion of the made-to-order suit market, it is necessary to respond to the increase in cost of goods sold due to the weak yen, and to further increase brand recognition. However, we have already established a SPA model within the industry and have a competitive advantage, which should lead to continued growth in the medium term.
