FJ Neku HD Research Memo (8): Promoting Sustainability as a Leading Company.

Fisco Japan ·  Jul 26 01:48

Efforts towards sustainability and information security.

As a leading company in the industry, FJ Next Holdings actively engages in social responsibility activities and environmental response. Specifically, they employ environmentally conscious equipment such as LED lighting, environmentally friendly plywood (sustainably harvested from forests with administrative permission from the country of origin), low formaldehyde interior materials for sick house countermeasures, air conditioners that meet energy-saving standards (standard equipment), water-saving toilets, EV charging services, etc. In addition, as part of heat island countermeasures, they are promoting rooftop greening of condominiums.

In addition to promoting internal eco-activities such as participating in the Fun to Share campaign to prevent global warming promoted by the Ministry of the Environment, implementing CoolBiz and WarmBiz (introduction of casual office wear), transitioning to LED office lighting, recycling used clear holders, progressively adopting new materials "LIMEX" (a substitute for paper that has a lower environmental impact) for business cards and company information, they also support environmental conservation activities in Akagi Nature Park (Shibukawa, Gunma) and are carrying out forestation in developing countries (Africa and Asia regions) through Green Site License. They also participated in the "BRING UNIFORM※" initiative in April 2022, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions by promoting the recycling of uniforms worn by staff involved in the company's condominium management operations.

※They are promoting the recycling of uniforms worn by staff involved in the company's condominium management operations as part of the "BRING UNIFORM※" initiative to reduce CO2 emissions.

They consider the enhancement of information security, including personal information management, as their greatest social responsibility. In November 2006, they obtained certification for the international standard for information security management systems, "ISO/IEC27001", and have established a strict management system through the PDCA cycle.
