CGN Power (01816) announced that Ningde No. 5 unit of its joint venture company Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. is undergoing construction. The first pouring of concrete for the main reactor building of Ningde No.5 unit is planned to take place on July 28, 2024. It will mark the beginning of the comprehensive construction and enter into the stage of the civil construction.
Zhitong Finance APP reported that Ningde No. 5 unit of CGN Power's joint venture company Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. is planning to conduct the first pouring of concrete for the main reactor building on July 28, 2024, thus entering the civil construction phase.
Ningde No. 5 unit adopts the Hualong One nuclear power technology, and the single unit capacity is 1,210MW.
