Chongqing M&E (02722.HK) announced on July 26 that the company has recently held a board of directors meeting, where Mr. Yue Xiangjun, the executive director and general manager, was unanimously elected as the acting chairman and legal representative by more than half of the directors until a new chairman is elected. The company has also appointed Mr. Yue Xiangjun as the authorized representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules as of the announcement date. Since July 26, 2024, the company's two authorized representatives are Mr. Yue Xiangjun and Ms. Zhao Kaishan.
