On July 26th, Gelonhui reported that in order to better implement the company's strategic objectives and meet the requirements of diversified development, in order to further promote the development of the company's lottery business, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, LeDong Technology, plans to use its own funds and Mr. Yan Tingju, Mr. Zhang Xu, and Mr. Zhao Xiangyue jointly invested to establish Songyang Happy Lottery (Beijing) Operational Management Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the name approved by the market supervision and administration department), with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, of which LeDong Technology subscribed RMB 10.2 million, accounting for 51%; Mr. Yan Tingju subscribed RMB 2 million, accounting for 10%; Mr. Zhang Xu subscribed RMB 4 million, accounting for 20%; Mr. Zhao Xiangyue subscribed RMB 3.8 million, accounting for 19%.
