China Xinhua News Television Holding Limited (08356) announced that the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands had issued a certificate of change of name registration on June 7th, 2024 to prove that the English name of the company has been changed from "CNC Holdings Limited" to "TSUN YIP HOLDINGS LIMITED", and the Chinese double foreign name of the company has been changed from "China Xinhua News Television Holdings Limited" to "Jin Ye Holdings Limited".
